How to Make a Purchase
  1. Log in to TechBuy to browse hosted catalogs, punch-outs, and forms to submit purchase requests (requisitions).
  2. Follow TTU’s bid limits and obtain necessary documentation before proceeding.
  3. Ensure compliance with TTU Operating Policies before submitting.

For Vendors & Prospective Partners

Doing Business with Texas Tech

Vendors are required to complete vendor registration forms before any purchase order or payment will be processed. Vendor registration will only be sent to vendors once a valid business purpose has been submitted to Vendor Services by a TTU department. The registration forms will be sent electronically to the email address provided to Vendor Services. Once the form is completed, a record will be created in our vendor network.
