Lease Hub Space
The Hub Space is for launching or growing companies based in West Texas. Today, we have approximately 40,000 square feet of state-of-the-art flexible wet lab and office space. Tomorrow, our vision is to build 800,000-1 million square feet of space to meet the growing needs of technology companies that grow from our local startup community or choose to relocate taking advantage of what we have to offer.
The Hub has space available in the wet lab areas, rentable multi-use space, and office space. In addition, development is underway for future buildings within Research Park.

ApplicationMeeting & Event Space
Our space also includes a grand atrium that provides flex meeting space with technical support to foster high levels of interaction among students, faculty, entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors. Contemporary conference rooms with LCD monitors, webcams and teleconferencing capabilities. Multi-purpose rooms with full A/V systems perfect for anything from small meetings to large banquets. Laboratory Facilities
2 fully equipped Activator Labs ideal for temporary lab space to address short term or long term needs. Fully customizable long term laboratory spaces in 400, 800, and 1,600 square foot configurations. A shared equipment support room with an autoclave, centrifuge and glass washers.
Collaboration Spaces
Our collaboration spaces include community desks, whiteboards, seating areas, High-Speed Internet access, 24/7 free coffee, kitchen, vending machines, and much more. Versatile lounge areas allow for informal meetings and comfortable collaboration space that include floor to ceiling whiteboards, designed-to-move furniture, and 80-inch touch screen whiteboard monitor with laptop connectivity.
