Drop-In Support

Life can be hard. You do not have to navigate it alone.

RISE Drop-In Support gives Texas Tech students a chance to meet with a trained RISE Peer Educator for support, conversation and connections to campus resources. No appointment is needed.

Drop-In Support is available at the Student Mental Health Community in Weeks Hall.

What to Expect

During drop-in hours, students can talk with a Peer Educator about concerns related to stress, well-being, relationships, adjusting to college or finding the right campus resource.

Peer Educators are not counselors and Drop-In Support is not a replacement for professional mental health care. They can listen, provide peer support and help connect you with appropriate resources.
