RISE provides programs, educational materials and other resources for Texas Tech students, classes, organizations and campus partners. Use the options below to find the request that best fits what you need.

Programs, Workshops & Resource Tables

RISE offers presentations, interactive workshops and resource tables for classes, student organizations, departments and other campus groups.

Program topics include mental health and stress management, alcohol and other drugs, sexual health and consent, healthy relationships, bystander intervention and campus safety.

Request a presentation, workshop or RISE resource table for your class, organization, department or campus event.

Please submit requests at least two weeks before your preferred date. Submission does not guarantee availability or confirmation.

  • Submit requests at least two weeks in advance.
  • Review the Program Request Terms & Conditions before submitting.
  • Provide accurate information about the date, time, location, audience and expected attendance.
  • Submitting a request does not confirm that RISE is available.
  • A RISE team member will follow up after the request has been reviewed.

Educational Materials & Goodie Bags

Community Advisors, faculty, staff, departments and organizations may request free educational materials from RISE for students.

Available materials depend on current inventory, and RISE may not be able to provide the full quantity of every requested item.

Request Guidelines

  • Requests are intended for organized student education and outreach rather than individual promotional-item requests.
  • Submit requests at least one week before your preferred pickup date.
  • Requests submitted with less than one week's notice may be scheduled for a later pickup date.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee that all requested materials will be available.
  • A RISE team member will contact you after the request has been processed.

Materials are picked up at RISE in Drane Hall, Suite 247.

Temporary Item Requests

Campus partners and student organizations may request to borrow items from RISE for educational purposes.

Before submitting a request, download and complete the Temporary RISE Item Request Contract. The contract outlines the expectations and responsibilities associated with borrowing RISE property.

After completing the contract, submit your temporary item request through the RISE request process.


Interview Requests

Students, faculty, staff and media representatives may request an interview with RISE staff for class projects, research, articles or other educational purposes.

Interview requests should include the specific questions you plan to ask and should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Submission does not guarantee that a staff member will be available.
