Exhale

Expression, Creativity & Healing

Exhale is RISE's annual interactive event and art exhibit supporting survivors of sexual violence. The event creates space for expression, creativity, community and healing while recognizing that experiences with sexual violence and survivorship are different for everyone.

Exhale is held in recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month and brings together Texas Tech and the Lubbock community through visual and performance art, interactive activities and opportunities to show support for survivors.

Exhale at Texas Tech

Each spring, RISE hosts Exhale on the Texas Tech campus. The exhibit features submitted artwork alongside interactive activities that encourage creativity, reflection and community support.
