The Texas Tech Police Department has full time Police Officers who are available to give presentations and discuss crime prevention topics to any student, faculty, or staff . Active Shooter Program

• Formulate an understanding of the definition of an active shooter and a brief history of active shooter events
• Recognize possible early warning signs of an active shooter

• Learn what to do when police arrive to stop the active shooter
