The Steps to Study Abroad
Welcome to your Study Abroad journey! Follow these steps to successfully submit your application. We recommend you begin this process at least one year prior to the term you plan to study abroad.

Be sure you're
eligible to study abroad first! The Study Abroad Office is here to help - contact a Counselor if you have questions about getting started.

Before you can meet with a Study Abroad Counselor, please follow the steps below to ensure you are the best prepared.

For students interested in Faculty-Led Programs, including Summer in Sevilla:
1.
Research program options and talk with loved ones about your interest in studying abroad. Consider how you'll earn academic credit while abroad. Filter by program type to find faculty-led programs.
2. Start your
online application
3. Attend the required group advising session listed in your application
4. Communicate with your faculty leader for any specific questions.

For students interested in affiliate or exchange programs, including internships, research, and service:
1.
Research program options and talk with loved ones about your interest in studying abroad. Consider how you'll earn academic credit while abroad. Filter by program type to find partner programs.

online application. This will start an advising application for you and does not tie you to a specific program. Your Advisor will move your application over.
3. Complete the advising application in its entirety.
4.
Schedule an appointment with the appropriate Advisor for your region of interest using Raider Success Hub. The Advisor cannot accept the appointment until they confirm that you have completed your Advising application.

For students unsure of which program they are interested in, please follow the steps below:
