Texas Tech University recognized 34 outstanding College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources faculty and staff members this month with recognition of their length of service to the university community. All recipients received a service pin.

One particular long-term recipient – Stanley Harris, the swine center manager with the Department of Animal & Food Sciences – stood out among the CASNR crowd for four and a half decades of service to the Texas Tech community.

Other veterans of note were Ambika Sridhara, a research technician with the Department of Animal & Food Sciences, and Philip Brown, a senior research associate with the Department of Plant & Soil Science, each with 35 years of service.
