Texas Techs Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources has announced its first-ever “30 Under 30” class, recognizing a distinguished group of young alumni whose achievements and leadership are shaping the future of agriculture, science, business and community engagement.
The honorees were selected for their outstanding academic accomplishments, professional excellence and contributions to their respective fields. Representing a cross-section of disciplines within Davis College, the recipients reflect the academic units commitment to innovation, service and the cultivation of next-generation leaders.
“Im thrilled to take part in organizing Davis College's inaugural 30 Under 30 Awards,” said Sandra Addo, program coordinator and Davis colleges Program Manager for Career Pathways. “It is an incredible honor to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our awardees, who embody innovation, leadership, and a commitment to making a positive impact in our communities. Their accomplishments inspire us all to aim higher and reach further.”
In recognition of their success, the honorees will be celebrated during two upcoming events hosted by Davis College. The first will take place during the colleges annual homecoming breakfast on October 11, 2025, prior to Texas Techs home football game.
The second, a formal award ceremony and professional development summit, is scheduled for February 16, 2026, at the university. The latter event will feature a full day of networking and leadership workshops, followed by an evening awards presentation.
Organizers expect the program to foster connections between rising alumni, current faculty, and college leadership, underscoring Davis Colleges ongoing investment in alumni success and continued learning. Assisting in development and implementation of the events are Davis College Assistant Director of Development Tyler Schuster and Davis College Assistant Director of Alumni Relations Tracee Murph.
