Agilent DD2 600 MHz NMR Spectrometer (Latham Group)

This Agilent DD2 600 MHz NMR is configured for standard biomolecular solution-state NMR experiments performed by the laboratory of Michael Latham. It is a four-channel instrument equipped with a z-axis pulsed-field-gradient room temperature HCN probe. The instrument is controlled by a Dell workstation running RedHat Linus and the VNMRJ 4.2 NMR software. This instrument was purchased with start-up funds to Dr. Latham as part of the Department's Structural Biology Initiative.
