The Texas Tech University Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering named Darrell Bateman, Dr. Scott Clark, Mr. Blake DeBerry, Dr. David Harkins and Mr Paul Morrow as recipients of the 2020 Distinguished Engineer Award.
