TTU Petroleum Engineering Professor Receives International Award from Society of Petroleum Engineers

The Society of Petroleum Engineers awarded Texas Tech University Professor James Sheng the International Reservoir Description and Dynamics Award in July 2026, which recognizes outstanding achievements or contributions to the advancement of petroleum engineering in the area of reservoir technology. This award is given to one recipient each year.
