Texas Tech University is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Danielle Alexandra and Rick Clemmer Institute for Social Entrepreneurship, a newly established institute dedicated to guiding the next generation of leaders in venture philanthropy and entrepreneurship. This dynamic role calls for a visionary leader who will develop and execute strategies to empower students, faculty, and community partners to create innovative, sustainable solutions to social challenges. The Executive Director will be responsible for building partnerships across sectors, securing resources, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration that bridges business acumen with social impact. With a commitment to cultivating entrepreneurial mindsets and philanthropic ventures, this position offers an exciting opportunity to shape programs that inspire meaningful change and prepare future social entrepreneurs to make a lasting difference locally and globally. Experience launching your own company or venture is preferred.

This position will be both a director for the new Institute as well as a Professor of Practice.
