Don's success is evident from his direct responsibility for the completion of over 20 Capital Improvement Projects valued over $5 million dollars, and he currently manages 13 active projects. He developed an excellent process for tracking CIP accounts which ensure the University receives quality projects and funds are well invested. These projects have and will continue to increase longevity and capability of equipment, increase efficiency of services and reduce cost to Texas Tech University. Don makes it a personal mission to ensure each contractor meets or exceeds contractual requirements by holding all to a very high standard. Professional development of employees is always among his highest priorities.
