Talent Acquisition

Human Resources Talent Acquisition serves as a central resource for departments by offering guidance on hiring procedures, ensuring standardized practices, and supporting the operational infrastructure for hiring across the university. The team manages the administrative side of the hiring process, including the applicant tracking system, processing job requisitions, coordinating required approvals, supporting search committees and hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment records.

Texas Tech University utilizes an applicant tracking system which serves as the centralized platform for job openings, collecting and tracking candidate applications, managing candidate communications, and monitoring applicants throughout each stage of the hiring process.
