Frances' attention to detail was a driving force in saving the university thousands of dollars in energy reduction and unnecessary maintenance. Frances worked as a team with her Supervisor to reorganize the Center, streamline processes, and increase efficiency. She developed a system to check work orders for accuracy, which helps to ensure the work orders are error free and allows technicians to make proper repairs. As a result, zero complaints of discrepancies were reported this year. This is an outstanding accomplishment.
