Nikki's exceptional work and dedication to student success motivated her to take responsibility in leading the Rawls College of Business initiative to expand curriculum which will enable students to obtain a concentration in Human Resource Management and obtain certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. This designation will dramatically enhance students' skills and marketability. Nikki did extensive research to identify the necessary skills students must acquire for SHRM certification and developed initial proposals for new courses to be offered to provide students with these skills.
