Paige has been a direct contributor to the success of Texas Tech University through her supervision of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges' faculty accreditation process for the College of Arts and Sciences. Paige's willingness to assume the magnitude of the task and to be the single point of contact provided an improved experience for department chairs, department staff, as well as for the instructional faculty who were submitting credentials. Her complete dedication to the project resulted in efficiencies of service and compliance. It was a complex and extensive enterprise, but Paige portrayed the self-assurance and resolve to see it through to completion.
