As the Unit Manager for Hospitality Services, Mindy has become face for health and wellness and has made large strides in reaching out to the students she is committed to working with and the campus community overall. Mindy has promoted and addressed various ways for living a healthier lifestyle and how to feel good about yourself. Mindy has updated and revamped the department's nutritional information webpage and has promoted various tips to become healthier. Since day one, Mindy has made significant strides in updating the nutritional content to the department's multiple dining concepts. She is building healthier options through the Smart Choices Wellness Program and is instrumental in supporting students and staff in their journey to health.
