As the Senior Designer in Human Resources, Frankie has made an impact in the way programs are marketed. Not only is he a gifted designer, he is also someone who listens to his audience's vision and takes ownership of the project, magically developing brands that communicate the value of each program. Frankie has contributed to campus-wide events such as the Distinguished Staff Awards, the Length of Service Awards, and the Texas Tech Fitness Challenge as well as New Employee Orientation and the campus leadership program. Frankie is an employee who exemplifies what it means to serve others in true Red Raider fashion.
