Position Description A Senior Executive Director is responsible for the strategic direction, personnel, budget administration, operations, and success of a key administrative area or institute with institutional oversight. The Senior Executive Director promotes the University's culture, invests in employee development, and supports student success. A Senior Executive Director reports to a Vice President or above.
Qualifications Masters Degree required, terminal degree preferred. Eight years progressively responsible management experience required. Education beyond the master's level may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis.
