Graduate Certificates

Graduate Certificates offered in the Department of Interdisciplinary Arts consist of 12 or 15 hours of coursework, and in most cases can be earned within the same period of time as a degree. These certificates can be combined with any TTU graduate degree, and also available as stand-alone programs.

Many graduate students in the Fine Arts Doctoral Program pursue other graduate certificates offered in the Talkington College of Visual & Performing Arts (such as Art History, Early Music Performance, Opera, and Piano Pedagogy) and also graduate certificates in departments outside of the TCVPA (such as Women's & Gender Studies, Cross-Cultural Studies, and Indigenous and Native American Studies).
