Deadlines for Faculty-Led Program Proposals

New Program Proposals

Faculty-led programs on offer for the first time should be registered with the Study Abroad Office by:

Program Time Frame	Registration Deadline
Fall Break 2025	December 1, 2024
Intersession (December 2025 - January 2026)	March 1, 2025
Spring Break 2026	March 1, 2025
Maymester + Summer 2026	May 1, 2025

If you will again offer a recurring faculty-led program, register the program with the Study Abroad Office by:

Program Time Frame	Registration Deadline
Fall Break 2025	January 15, 2025
Intersession (December 2025 - January 2026)	April 1, 2025
Spring Break 2026	April 1, 2025
Maymester + Summer 2026	August 15, 2025
