Application Deadlines

Similar deadlines will be in place for future academic years but may vary slightly. It is the responsibility of the student applicant to ensure adherence to the application deadlines.

Applications are opened well in advance of the application deadlines and exceptions will not be made for missing a deadline.

Should a program meet its capacity before the application deadline, that program will be closed and no further applications will be accepted. Students should plan ahead and apply early to ensure their best chance of acceptance into their first choice program.

Maymester and Summer 2025 Programs

*Application due dates, especially for summer programs, may vary and be earlier than the deadline listed. Students should check their chosen program's web page and with their Study Abroad Counselor, Engineering Program Manager, or faculty leader(s) to ensure awareness of earlier deadlines.

If accepted, students must commit to their chosen study abroad program on or before March 5, 2025. Please note that some programs may require commitment before this deadline. To learn if your program requires early commitment, please contact your Study Abroad Counselor, Engineering Program Manager or faculty leader(s).

Fall 2025 and Academic Year 2025-2026 Programs

If accepted, students must commit to their chosen study abroad program on or before April 1, 2025. Please note that some programs may require commitment before this deadline. Intersession, Spring, and Spring Break 2026 Programs
