Todd Chambers, Ph.D. serves as the Assistant Vice Provost for Academic & Career Advising. In this role, Chambers provides leadership and support towards advancing strategies in the areas of academic and career advising, including deployment and use of data analytics, process reengineering, and cross-institutional partnerships.

A native of Brownfield, Texas Chambers earned his B.A. in Journalism from Texas Tech University in 1988, an M.A. in Mass Communication from Texas Tech University in 1994 and a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Tennessee. Chambers' research interests include media management and economics, ownership, sports, sales, and programming.
