Lauren Sullivan, Ph.D.

Dr. Lauren Sullivan serves as the Assistant Dean for the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing (TTUHSC SON) Office of Admissions & Student Affairs in Lubbock, Texas. Lauren contributes to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, programs and operations for the Office of Admissions & Student Affairs. She provides collaborative support and coordination among Admissions and Student Affairs Coordinators to foster student learning and development. Lauren received a Doctor of Education, with a focus in organizational change and leadership, from the University of Southern California. Prior to earning her doctorate, Lauren received a Master of Education, with a focus in higher education administration, from Texas Tech University. Lauren is committed to adding value to the student experience by performing her role with a student-centered philosophy and creating chances for students to engage, learn, and develop.
