Jessica Kelly is the owner of Lubbock Business Consultants, where she creates websites, offers business counseling, and helps write business plans for customers. She assists her husband with his company, Therapy Tech Contractors, which is a home health contracting company based in Lubbock with locations in Abilene and Waco. They have several rental properties in northwest Lubbock which she manages as well.

Jessica received her Bachelor’s from Texas Tech University and a Master’s in Business Administration from West Texas A&M. She currently lives in Shallowater with her husband and has two children in college. Dylan is a graduate of UT and lives in Austin, and Malia is studying Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas Tech.

She began volunteering with the SCORE organization five years ago, offering mentoring services and serves as Treasurer of Mustard Seed Ministries of Shallowater, offering clothing and necessities for those in need. Previously, she was a trustee of the Shallowater School Board and served as President of the Shallowater Education Foundation.
