Temporary Pause in SUB Room Reservations: Dec 15–17, 2025
We are upgrading to a new room reservation system! During this transition, we will not be taking or processing room reservations from Monday, December 15 through Wednesday, December 17.
Guests may still email reservation requests to sub.reservations@ttu.edu, but responses and confirmations will be delayed until our system is back online.
Thank you for your patience as we work to improve your reservation experience.

Reservations for each academic year will open every May 1st or the first Monday of May.
Rental Policies
All Catering must go through Top Tier or SUB food concepts.

| Reservations will be subject to additional fees when early move in is requested. |
| Reservations or changes to existing reservations made less than two business days in advance will incur a fee. |
| All reservations that require a room set-up change during the event will be subject to a fee. |
| Previously confirmed reservations that require a same-day room setup change will incur a fee. |
| Events taking place outside of SUB operating hours will incur an additional labor fee. |

Reservation Payment Information
- Department invoices must be paid via FOP#.
- Student organizations and outside customers may pay invoices via check or credit card.
- Payments are due within 30 days after the invoice date.
- Future reservations will be canceled after 30 days have passed without payment.
Registered TTU Student Organizations can utilize SUB Rooms at no cost.
*Fees such as Late Fees, Cancellation Fees, and Labor Costs may apply.
*Student organizations are allowed three active reservations at a given time.
*Student organizations hosting a conference or needing special accomodation,
please call at 806-742-3636.
