SUB Room Reservations

SUB Allen Theatre

Reservations for each academic year will open every May 1st or the first Monday of May.

Rental Policies

All Catering must go through Top Tier or SUB food concepts.
Reservations will be subject to additional fees when early move in is requested.
Reservations or changes to existing reservations made less than two business days in advance will incur a fee.
All reservations that require a room set-up change during the event will be subject to a fee.
Previously confirmed reservations that require a same-day room setup change will incur a fee.
Events taking place outside of SUB operating hours will incur an additional labor fee.
Student Organization Policies
(In Addition to SUB Rental Policies)
  • Student Organization Reservation Policies
  • Student organizations that bring in outside guests are subject to a room charge.
  • Student organizations are allowed three active reservations at a given time.
  • Any student organization that fails to show up for their reservation will be assessed a fee.
Building policies
  • No Glitter, Confetti, Paint
  • Open flames are not permitted.
  • Items may not be attached to walls or doors. Sign holders may be requested through the SUB.
  • No solicitation inside the SUB

Rates

Reservation Payment Information

  • Department invoices must be paid via FOP#.
  • Student organizations and outside customers may pay invoices via check or credit card.
  • Payments are due within 30 days after the invoice date.
    • Future reservations will be canceled after 30 days have passed without payment.
