
This public fundraiser for teaching dogs’ equipment will feature food trucks, vendors, a silent auction, live music, family friendly activities and dogs available for adoption.

Texas Tech Universitys School of Veterinary Medicine will host their final Barks and Recreation event.

EVENT:
The School of Veterinary Medicine invites the community to their last Barks and Recreation event to help raise $6,000 to purchase a dog obstacle course and enrichment items for their future teaching dogs.
Attendees can enjoy live music, food trucks, local goods from over 40 vendors and a silent auction. For kids, there will be various activities such as a petting zoo, a face painting station, crafts and a bouncy house.
There also will be 11 wonderful and well-trained dogs available for adoption. These dogs were provided by Amarillo Animal Management and Welfare for students to practice training techniques, physical exams and more throughout their school semester.
