Financial Aid

New Mexico Resident Tuition

A few New Mexico residents will be accepted into the TTU SVM DVM program. Those New Mexico residents who are in border counties to Texas may be eligible for in state tuition per TTU guidelines (see Border County Waiver under waivers tab) and per Texas eligibility requirements. Those New Mexico residents who do not qualify for in state tuition would pay out of state tuition per the cost of attendance webpage.

Refunds on Tuition and Fees

Years 1-3:

  • 100% credit of charges through the 12th class day
  • 50% credit of charges through the 20th class day

Year 4:

  • 100% credit through October 15th
  • Financial Aid Disbursement
    1. 1st Disbursement – May
    2. 2nd Disbursement – November
