Safety & Security
The goal of the Safety & Security division of Administration & Finance is to provide a safe and secure environment to live, learn and educate. The division is home to the Texas Tech Police Department and Emergency Management team. Noel Sloan is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration & Finance and oversees the Safety & Security departments.
