Why Texas Tech?

I visited my brother after my freshman year of College. He showed me around campus and I got to meet some of his friends. They made me feel at home. I decided to transfer to Tech after that weekend.

Tech Testimony

From my first day sitting in class I've felt surrounded by great people. I know I'm getting a great education, professors are helpful, and I have everything I need to succeed at Tech and beyond. I love the town of Lubbock and the people in it, it's all about supporting Tech. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to be a Red Raider.

Most Memorable Experience

My most memorable experience so far would be the football games. The school spirit in the atmosphere is amazing and you can see how many people truly bleed red and black. I've made so many memories with my friends at the games which makes football one of my favorite things about Tech.

Opportunities

I always try to take advantage of all the resources around campus and in the College of Business. Tech provides everything you need to be a successful student and the Career Management Center even helps years after graduation.

Words of Wisdom

It doesn't matter if you're coming here right after high school or transferring from another college like I did, you will enjoy your time at Tech. Be open, don't be scared to talk to your professors or a fellow student on campus, everyone is whiling to help. Most importantly, set short and long term goals before you get to campus and stay committed to accomplish them.
