Dairy Barn


Built in 1926, the Texas Tech Dairy Barn is one of the four original buildings on Texas Tech University’s Lubbock campus. Throughout its history, the Dairy Barn has survived fire, abandonment, and threats of demolition. Showing the same West Texas grit as the students who once worked there, the Dairy Barn now stands as a constant reminder of our agricultural heritage. Today, the building is used by Texas Tech students, staff, faculty, and alumni. A unique venue in the heart of campus, the Dairy Barn is an ideal collaborative and meeting space.
