Dr. Rajesh Khare has accepted the role of Department Chair for Chemical Engineering starting September 1st.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Rajesh Khare has accepted the role of Department Chair for Chemical Engineering within the Whitacre College of Engineering at Texas Tech University effective September 1, 2024. Dr. Khare brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to excellence in education and research to this position.

Until his official start date, Dr. Khare will continue to serve in his current roles as Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Programs and Interim Department Chair for Chemical Engineering. His leadership during this interim period has been invaluable, and we are confident that he will continue to guide the department to new heights in his permanent role.
