Elma demonstrates exceptional leadership ability and fosters a positive and motivating work environment. She guides law students from the moment they apply for a coveted opportunity in the Clinical Programs and helps clients who are sometimes in desperate need for assistance. Elma has been a champion for legal aid to the poor and has served the indigent for over 35 years. She continues to be a mentor for law students guiding them through the transactional process of legal representation and the solemn responsibility that comes with the profession.
