Jodie has taken a critical department which had significant operational issues when she was hired to one of the top performing departments on campus. She now leads two large, diverse departments, staying up-to-date on countless changes to federal and state legislation, regulations and policies. Leaders, supervisors and employees across the entire campus seek out her advice and guidance, including complex employee issues, pay discrepancies, reorganization and staff reductions, change management, employee benefits, and policy development and implementation. Everyone who interacts with Jodie sees her people first attitude.
