Tony's every move revolves around improving customer service through decreased costs, improved controls, and system reliability. Working with fellow employees a process was identified to better program and monitor the cooling tower control systems. This saved the university money through reduced chemical and water usage. In addition, Tony researched and developed alternative and safer ways in testing methods, chemical treatment, and systems to improve efficiency. He is known as the University's expert on the chemistry of the utilities distribution system answering and addressing questions from all levels of employees, to help identify discrepancies and make improvements throughout the campus. The procedures developed through his guidance enhanced the workplace by being more user-friendly and improving capabilities. His pride of ownership in these examples is carried over to all of those who work with him.
