As the Manager of Sales and Event Planning for Hospitality Services, Christy has become a mentor and a champion for the front line employee and most importantly, a friend to many. Recently, our department had a fire destroy the catering kitchen of the Wiggin's Complex. The fire happened on a Friday afternoon and Top Tier Catering had many events scheduled throughout the weekend. In food service, the show must go on. That evening and early Saturday morning, Christy was on site and worked with others to establish which events the department could continue to do and what action should be taken for the others. During a very difficult time, she stepped up to help when a leader was needed.
