As a Senior Analyst in Human Resources, Jesus has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in a short period of time. He takes the time to research issues so he can determine improvements and then he takes initiative to implement those improvements. His first project in this position was to take over the Multiple PIDM process for our department. This process is time sensitive to ensure other challenges with employee's pay and data integrity are not affected. He has maintained control over this project and has processes in place to eliminate issues. Jesus' big initiative this year was to complete the new Distinguished Staff Awards web application to give our campus an entirely automated process. He was given a template and from there he developed the complete process. While this was his first application to execute, he did it without hesitation and without issues. The final result was delivered to our employees and was a great success.
