As a Unit Coordinator in the National Wind Institute, Liz Inskip-Paulk continuously demonstrates a strong work ethic and dedication to success. She is also very involved on campus. In her role with Staff Senate, Liz has many opportunities to take on causes that are important to her colleagues and give staff members a voice in creating a positive work environment and campus culture. Her "can do", no-nonsense attitude shines in this role. In addition, as a mentor in Mentor Tech, Liz gives her time and knowledge selflessly to assist students. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that students receive the support they need to be successful. She epitomizes the Texas Tech Spirit by putting students first. She also serves as a Mentor Cluster Leader. As a Mentor Cluster Leader she has ten other mentors to whom she provides guidance, encouragement and direction. With Liz's commitment to her job and her involvement on campus, it is obvious that she loves this university.
