As the Executive Associate for Texas Tech Athletics Marcy Tyler's dedication to not only student success but also employee success shines in everything she does. In many ways, she is the face of Texas Tech University and is a huge part of the donor cultivation and student-athlete recruitment process. She is the first smiling face you will see and the first voice you hear when you call the department. She makes any individual, from potential donor to future Red Raider Athlete, feel welcome and at home. Marcy never fails to consistently go above and beyond to ensure more than the requirements are met. The efficiency of the department is in direct response to her creative thinking and open mind. This leading by example encourages everyone to want to do the same, which makes for a very enjoyable working atmosphere. All-in-all, she is a vital contributor to the success of Texas Tech Athletics.
