As a Coordinator in Institutional Advancement Laura Hayes has increased productivity and efficiency by setting up internal and external processes. She is vital to the processes that ensure the funds raised are properly completed. She also coordinates Institutional Advancement's Coordinator's Meetings for almost 50 people. She leads this because she understands that each coordinator brings something to the table, and that connecting and sharing processes can help the System become more efficient. She has gone above and beyond her job description to make sure gift agreements are completed to the best of her ability because she understands that the funds directly impact the students of Texas Tech University.
