Ashley Ross has contributed to the success of Texas Tech in many ways that stand out significantly. She has successfully converted all the courses to an online format for at risk students. The success rate for these courses continued to surpass the previous year of 90% to 95% success rate. Ashley continues to support student success through teaching and research. In order to have more communication across the university, she successfully created an online information session program for Advisors to connect with the office and ask specific programming questions to alleviate the student issues and holds.  This information outreach session included frequently asked questions, updates to courses, advising information, and placement information for students.  This information was highly attended, and advisors were very pleased with the information that was provided to assist them in advising the students. Overall, she has gone above and beyond to contribute to, not only, the success of Texas Tech, but the success of the students at Texas Tech University. She is a perfect example of a team member that models integrity, confidence, and fairness. With her strengths being achiever, learner, input, intellection, and responsibility, Ashley is the exact person that should receive this award.
