Cassandra has been responsible for the development of several areas within the Vet School. For many at the Vet School, including Cassandra herself, this is the first time working in a Vet School environment. Despite the new experiences encountered, Cassandra manages them with remarkable professionalism. In addition to her regular job duties, Cassandra has taken on the responsibility of developing an inventory system to stock the daily teaching labs with consumable supplies, models, equipment, and personnel which are needed to successfully deliver the lab content. The scale of this accomplishment is hard to imagine. Clinical and Professional Skills labs run two days per week with as many as 8 labs per day. With 15 to 20 faculty members, approximately 17 staff, and 64 to 88 students depending on the class, there is a great amount of coordination and planning to make sure that all the consumable supplies have been ordered and received in time for each lab to execute successfully. Cassandra has won the respect and admiration of her team, her colleagues, and the entire Vet School student body that benefit from her dedication to delivering nothing but the best in her endeavors.
