| Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in collegiate athletics, professional sports, or a related field. Experience working with football operations, player development, or player personnel. Strong understanding of NCAA rules, NIL landscape, and emerging revenue-sharing models. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. |
