Panelists for Emmy Noether Day

Panelists include STEM professionals who teach students about educational and career options. Meet this year's panelists.

Level: Middle and High School

This special event exposes diverse young women and girls from local schools to opportunities in mathematics and STEM in a fun and nurturing environment that includes talks, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and a math competition. Throughout the day, students meet with women professors while their teachers participate in workshops on fostering STEM interests in the classroom.

Of Interest

Participants have consistently ranked the event’s Career Panel as their favorite ENHD activity, with an average evaluation score of 4.8 out of 5 for ten consecutive years. The panel features university faculty and other professionals who share insights about the wide range of careers available in mathematics and STEM fields.
