The Math Club

Welcome to The Math Club at Texas Tech University.

The Math Club is dedicated to promoting unity among students interested in mathematics while fostering curiosity across a wide range of mathematical subjects. We bring together students from all majors who enjoy problem-solving, logical thinking, and exploring how mathematics connects to science, engineering, technology, and beyond.

Membership is open to any Texas Tech student with an interest in mathematics. There are no GPA, major, minor, or credit hour requirements. The Math Club is committed to maintaining an inclusive, respectful environment and does not tolerate discrimination or harassment in any form.

General meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 5:00 p.m., and we also host regular social events, interdisciplinary research seminars, and professional development sessions throughout the semester. These events provide opportunities to build friendships, engage with faculty and peers, explore research topics, and develop leadership and organizational skills.

Whether you are considering a career in academia, industry, education, or simply want to connect with others who appreciate mathematics, The Math Club offers a welcoming community and meaningful opportunities to get involved.

I am planning on graduating in spring 2027 and hope to work on propulsion systems for rockets.
