About Course Change or Removal

Changing or deleting an existing core curriculum or multicultural course is handled through Curriculog. If you need to change or delete an existing core curriculum or multicultural course, you must complete training for the Curriculog system. Information about Curriculog and training is available here.

The following kinds of changes can be approved at the institutional level and do not require state review:

• Changing the activity type of your course.
• Changing the catalog description of your course.
• Changing the contact/lab/discussion hours of your course (as long as the course number itself does not change).

The following kinds of changes require state review:

• Deleting your course.
• Changing the number of your course. 
• Changing the title of your course.
• Substantively changing the content of your course.
