In addition to the core, every student must include at least one 3-hour multicultural
course or its approved equivalent that satisfies the multicultural learning objectives.
Many courses fulfill a core curriculum requirement and at the same time satisfy the
multicultural learning objectives. All students should check with an advisor for appropriate
