over 15 credit hours:
To change the title of your certificate program or the modality of your program, complete
the "THECB Administrative Change form". Create and launch your proposal on Curriculog, attaching your completed THECB form.

For existing undergraduate certificates with 20 or fewer credit hours and graduate
certificates with 15 or fewer credit hours:
Proceed directly to Curriculog to make your changes. For more information on Curriculog,
